Basic terms for this website, the wantime desktop software and related services. Specific entitlements and commercial arrangements are subject to the order or service agreement confirmed by both parties.

01Service provider
This website and wantime services are provided by 厦门咔哇叽网络科技有限公司, presented as Kawaji Network Technology. Contact service@xmiyao.com. Visiting this website does not purchase a service, activate software entitlements or grant access to any third-party platform data.
02Features and availability
wantime provides tools for product materials, image and text editing, AI-assisted preparation and operational task tracking. Availability depends on the installed version, account entitlements, platform support and valid authorization. The TikTok Shop integration is in development; developer registration, app review and real-shop validation are incomplete, and these features are not considered generally available. TikTok publishing, price and inventory writes, orders, payments and shipping are outside the current integration scope.
03Accounts and authority
Provide accurate information that you are entitled to use, protect your account, device and authorizations, and ensure that you have authority to act for the relevant business or shop. Do not impersonate others, share access you are not entitled to delegate, bypass access restrictions or disrupt services. Stop affected operations and contact support if account or authorization issues arise.
04Materials and human review
You must hold the necessary rights to text, images, product data and other materials you submit, and comply with applicable law and platform rules. AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete or implicate third-party rights. Review facts, intellectual property and product compliance before use. Publishing or other external use must be confirmed by an authorized person. The software does not guarantee content approval, business revenue or sales results.
05Third-party platforms
Third-party platforms control their APIs, authorization, reviews and availability. You choose whether to authorize and use relevant features, within the permissions shown by the platform and actually enabled. We do not represent TikTok or other platforms and do not guarantee third-party approval or unchanged APIs. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or integration progress.
06Fees and activation
This website does not take online payments or promise fixed pricing, free periods or automatic renewal. Fees, entitlements, service duration, delivery and refund arrangements must be made clear in an order or service agreement confirmed by both parties before activation. Contact support to resolve questions about entitlements or charges before purchasing.
07Privacy and intellectual property
Read our privacy policy for data handling. You retain the rights you lawfully hold in submitted materials; we process content within the scope of requested services and necessary operations. Do not copy, sell or otherwise infringe the intellectual property of the software, website or third parties without permission. Do not submit personal information, credentials or confidential materials beyond what is necessary for the intended use.
08Changes, interruptions and responsibility
Maintenance, security, platform changes or circumstances outside our control may require changes or suspension of some services, with reasonable explanations where applicable. Keep backups of important business information. Responsibilities are governed by applicable law and valid service agreements. These terms do not exclude rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
